GRAYBURN, Peter Watson CBE. 25 October 1925 - 19 February 2022. It is with real sadness that the family of Peter Grayburn announce his passing on 19 February 2022 after a short illness. Peter was known to us and the wider community as a man of great insight, energy and integrity. His prestigious career spanned many decades. For us he was the rock of the family, someone from whom we received wise advice and kindness. Loved husband and soulmate of Kaylene and beloved husband of the late Lyn. Cherished and inspiring father of Judy and Pam. Much loved grandad and grandfather-in-law of Paul and Kylie, Amy and Mike, Olivia and Michael (Sydney) and Bart (Australia). Adored Poppa of Chloe, Ashlea, Charlotte, Thomas and Elizabeth and Paloma (Sydney). "A mighty totara has fallen" A service to celebrate Peter's life will be held at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road Meadowbank, Auckland on Saturday 26 February at 2pm.
