Anita and I have only just learned of Don's passing. We were greatly saddened by the news and send our best wishes to you Judy and your and Don's whanau. I will always remember Don for his energy, enthusiasm, his great sense of humour and love of life. I have memories of some wonderful shared experiences including I don't know how may years as partners in Kensington Swan, as joint counsel in what I believe would have been Don's first matrimonial property case, a week together skiing in Colorado and of course the presence of you both at our wedding in Sydney. Our thoughts are with you. Chris & Anita

Our condolences to you, Judy and family. We took over Don's files when he moved to Taupo to "retire"! We still look after those of his Wellington clients still drawing breath and quite a few who are not. They were always grateful for Don's expertise and care, which we have tried to carry on.

I was saddened to hear of Don´s passing. We worked together many years ago at the old firm in Wellington, and I will always be grateful for his guidance and friendship.
Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. Don will always be remembered fondly.

Judy, it was saddening to see that Don had passed away. I will always remember the fun times in the old firm in Wellington, with Don very much part of that fun and always with a smile on his face. Maureen and I extend our deepest sympathies to you and your family.
