CLASH, Peter Bernard (Pete). August 22 1956 - January 21 2026 Passed away 21 January 2026 at Joondalup Hospital, Perth, WA. Dearly loved husband of Libby, father and father-in-law of Katherine and Avon, Paul, and Michael (deceased). He was a valued brother of Val Bowater, and Judy Simpson (deceased). The family acknowledge the delay of this notice and advise that in accordance with his wishes and family privacy a cremation has taken place.
