Hard to believe it is 40+ years since we experienced the Charman "Charm" for the first time. What a wonderful moment it was.
Peter's influence over so many peoples' lives has been considerable and uplifting to say the least.
Times with Pete on his first sojourn to Perth were great fun and even more so on his return with Daphne.
Have a grand final journey our travelling friend

I'll always remember Pete from when we first met in Perth WA 1989. We developed a close friendship and my respect for Pete increased over the years. We had a marvelous group of friends in the sailing fraternity. When he and Daphne returned to NZ we followed a few years later and kept up the bond here with visits. We always had high opinions of Pete's talents and so enjoyed his company. You are sadly missed. RIP London Boy
