BASSETT, Peter John. Suddenly, due to an accident on Saturday 28 August, 2010. Loved youngest son of Brian and Patricia, and loved brother of Robert, Deborah, Christine and Louise. Brother-in-law of Kerry, Brian and Scott. Loved husband of Tania and father of Kurt, Blake, Freddie, Charlie and Scarlett. Loved Uncle of Michael, Michelle, Christopher, Luke, Ben, Zak, Amie, Trent, Phoebe, Georgia, Danelle, and great-uncle of Tyler and nephew of Jack. Loved always, never forgotten.

BASSETT, Peter John. Suddenly taken from us as a result of an accident. Dearly loved brother of Debbie and Brian and loved uncle of Luke, Ben, Zak and Amie. You will be missed always but your smile and sense of humor will be with us forever, love you Bro!!!

BASSETT, Peter John. 25 February 1962 - 28 August 2010. Our family group has been broken forever. We have lost the most wonderful son-in- law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. We will miss and remember you forever. We will always be there to love and support Tania and your precious children. BASSETT, Peter John. 25 February 1962 to 28 August 2010. Taken from us far too soon. There are no words that can describe the heartache and pain that we are feeling at this extremely sad time. Tania, our daughter and Pete, were the ultimate couple who have the most awesome children. They had planned to live out their lives together, loving and watching our five grandchildren marry and have families themselves, but this was not meant to be. Pete, we will always be there to love, comfort and support Tania, Kurt, Blake, Freddie, Charlie and Scarlett. We know we will not be able to 'fill your shoes and we would not want to, or even try'.
