Peter ATKINS Obituary

Happy memories of the times Jean and I shared with Peter and Cousin Rosemary in Scotland , Wales , England , New Zealand and France , Also by Karen of her time in New Zealand .

Peter, what a servant of Christ! I am so sorry for myself to let go off you but I know you have done your part on earth and need your rest. You saw and gave me encouragement in ministry when I first came to NZ and you believed in me and my God given gifts. I am forever grateful to the Lord that our paths crossed. You baptizing me and being my supervisor was a blessing in my life. Thank you Peter! "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal." Dear Rosemary, I'm thinking of you, Susan and family at this time. I have many happy memories to thank you and Peter for, I've always enjoyed the company of you both and I will miss him. My condolences to all of the family and hope the young ones are supporting you. Much love Rosie xx

Peter was a tremendous support to me as a sudden widow and solo parent when a student at St John's College and I have deeply appreciated both his and Rosemary's friendship over many years. Peter is now at rest with the God he loved and humbly served.

Such a kind and lovely man who was so supportive to me and my family when we lost my husband Ivan.
