ACKERLEY, Peter David Born 26-01-1967. Passed away on 15-12-2014, in Sydney, aged 47 years, after a courageous battle with melanoma. Most loved and cherished son of Barbara and David. Beloved husband of Maria and loved father of Matthew and Lauren. Loved brother of Megan, brother-in-law of Mark and very loved uncle to Sarah. A celebration of Peter's life will be held at 10.30am on Monday 22 December 2014 in the South Chapel, Eastern Suburbs Crematorium, Matraville (Sydney).
