Penelope SMITH Obituary

SMITH, Penelope Fern (Penny). Warrant Officer WRNZNS 1361, MBE. Passed away on 7 May 2016. Beloved daughter of the late Max and Fon Smith. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Michael and Chris, Gaynor and Sam, Brent and Marilyn, and their families. A service for Penelope will be held at the Knox Presbyterian Church, Canada Street, Morrinsville on Friday, 13 May 2016 at 1:00pm followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations preferred to Conduction Education P.O. Box 12066, Chartwell, Hamilton 3248 or these may be left at the service. Hi my name is Graham Russell, I had the privilege to no Penny. I am the carton man. I attended Penny's funeral,what a lovely service. I would often call. In for coffee.when Penny came up to Auckland and stopped at Anne's place. Penny would often ring me from Morrinsville. I will miss her calls, it was a privilege to have known Penny. My condolences to her family and friends. Kind regards. Graham

Penny you made an impact on many lives with your generosity, kindness and sense of humour. Great memories and we will miss you dearly. Rest in peace dear friend. Wendy and Jim Maxwell and family.

SMITH, Penny (Nellie) Dearly loved friend of Anne Stevens, loved friend of Nicola, Chris, Shaun, Dana, Ange, Dave and Erica. Very much loved second Nana to Cade, Jorja, Ryan, Olivia, Jordan and Sarah. Loved Aunty Penny of Charlotte. Member of the Warriors East stand support team including Diane, April, Don, Joy, Julie and Paul and others. "Go the Warriors". How very lucky we have been to have had you sharing our lives. You have left us with so many very special memories. We love you Penny. You are our sunshine. Rest peacefully.
