Penelope BAKER Obituary

BAKER, Penelope Anne (Penny) (Nee Hall). It is with great sadness on 27 August 2025 Penny grew her angel wings at the age of 68. Penny will be so dearly missed by her husband Lloyd, children Leigh and Holly. Mother-in-law of Matt and Shannon and grandmother of six. Beloved daughter of Sally. Penny will also be missed by the Baker family (formerly of Avondale, Auckland), our dear sister-in-law for many years. Our hearts and love go to the family. A service for Penny will be celebrated on Tuesday 9 September at 10.30am in Canberra (Australian time) "Forever loved, never forgotten" This will be live streamed at www.norwoodpark.com.au

To Lloyd, Holly, Leigh and extended families. Our condolences from our family to yours at the passing of Penny. We have fond memories of an afternoon spent with you both on your last visit to NZ. A very brave lady to the end. While we cannot be with you all as you farewell Penny tomorrow, our thoughts will be with you all

To Lloyd and family please accept my condolences to the loss of your beloved Penny of whom showed a remarkable strength during her prolonged illness. She was a shinning example of what can be achieved by us mortal beings. Go and fly with my Margaret ( since passed ) of whom was so impressed with you when yourself and Lloyd visited us in NZ last year.
