Pauline HUME Obituary

HUME, Pauline Margaret. 15 October 1934 - 5 April 2017. Daughter of the late Charles and the late Gwen Hume. Pauline spent an idyllic childhood on the family farm at Maropiu with her beloved cats and horses - Got your priorities right there babe - and sisters; the late Doris, Joan, the late Mavis and Alison. Alison, the baby, my rock, wise counsel and true friend - we've been through some times. Thank you. Former wife of the late Walter Monkhouse, mother of the late Kevin and Derek Monkhouse (Whangarei) and long-time companion of Steven Berger (Warkworth). A private cremation has been held. A memorial service and chow down for Pauline will be held at the chapel of Jason Morrison Funeral Services, 24 Whitaker Road, Warkworth on Tuesday, 11 April 2017 at 11:00am. Mourn me a little, perhaps shed a tear and then be glad I was here.
