From our first years playing bowls we become friends and played together as a team for ten years he was the team and made us .We won a number of champs, and I can say now that we would not have done that without his exceptional abilities. He was loved and liked by everyone.Paul you are one of the few people I can count on one hand that I can say, thank you for your friendship, comradeship and most of all just being you,

Paul,
I can still see him, sitting in the Avondale United FC
rooms, laughing and chatting. That goes back to circa 35 years. Good times there and being around him through bowls was just as good.
Peace be with P.S

Paul was an effervescent character that saw the good in all. Ready smile and hello. Ready to share his time and experience. Very sad loss for Glen Eden and community. Devastating for Josie and family. RIP Paul xx

Many thanks to a great and inspiring coach who was patient and taught a small group of us on Tuesday night. It is people like Paul who take the time to develop us newbies and supported us during our development journey. You will be sadly missed. Karyn Hill

STIER, Paul. The sudden and unexpected passing of Paul has left a large gap in our club. He was an accomplished bowler and a highly valued volunteer. He will be sadly missed by all at the Glen Eden Bowling Club.
