Paul McDONNELL Obituary

McDONNELL, Paul Francis. Passed away peacefully after a short illness in Labasa Hospital, Fiji on 29 October, aged 77 years. Son of the late John and Rita McDonnell, dearly loved husband of Asenaca May, former husband of the late Maria Utanga, cherished father of Simone (Switzerland), Vaine, Riki, Teresia and Rita, granddad to many grandchildren, much loved brother of Brian, Grant and Chris. Sadly missed. Funeral details to be notified.

Paul was a very entertaining, friendly colleague who amused me as he dealt effectively with bureaucratic busy bodies. He was a very competent lawyer, combined with being hilarious and kind.
