Just heard the sad news. I saw Paul in recent times about 30 year's after our young competitive triathlon days. We had a laugh when I reminded him of the time he pjpped me close to the line in a trial for the NZ Junior team. Will remember you and that moment forever. A great triathlete and one of the best runners in the sport back in the good old days. RIP Paul.

I was lucky enough to know Paul socially and through work. The enthusiasm and energy he brought to work or a social ride was infectious, top human and will missed by all. My love and thoughts to the family xx

I am deeply saddened to hear this heartbreaking news and send my condolences to Paul's family and friends. Paul was a wonderful and solid supporter of skateboarding and in my capacity as Board Chair for SBNZ we worked together many times. I enjoyed our banter and held a deep respect for the work he did. Farewell bud.

I´m deeply saddened to hear this news. In my capacity as GM of PlayStation NZ, I worked a lot with Paul. He always showed up with energy, passion and commitment. His delivery was superb; he crafted some wonderful executions for our products/brand and everybody in my team thought very highly of him. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Go in peace Paul...you´re one of the great ones!

I met with Paul 6 weeks ago to discuss work and found we had shared love of Mountain Biking and adventures. I am so very sorry to hear about his passing, sending much aroha to his family.

My condolences to Paul's family and friends on this heartbreaking news. I had not been in touch that often in recent years, but always enjoyed Paul's enthusiasm and energy when we did meet or chat. Our paths crossed often over the years through work (radio and PR) and multisport, I think of Paul as creative, passionate, and caring in all of those shared spaces - he was a lovely human being and will be missed by so many.

Devastated to learn the news this morning. You made my time at Eleven\PR memorable and were such a brilliant boss and friend in my later years. You gave me the confidence to be myself in the workplace (even if it got me into a little trouble) and created a great team culture. I am so proud of the work we did together. I am thinking of you and holding your family close to my heart.
