Beloved eldest son of Tom and the late Robyn, cherished brother of Andrew and Michelle, and adored uncle of Marlowe. A service for Paul will be held in the Main Chapel of The Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive Henderson on Saturday 23 August 2025 at 12:00 pm.

When I was younger he took time out of his work day on multiple occasions to help me when it wasn't his responsibility and he didn't have to.
He was a good humored legend.

Crockett was my brothers mate back when we were late teens / early 20's. Whenever he rang our place and I answered he always took the time to listen to me and what was going on in my world. A caring and kind guy who always put others first.
Paul, I hope you have found the peace you were searching for. God Bless you always.

Incredibly grateful to have had you in our family and shared so many special moments together. You were a wonderful partner to Suz, and I´ll always value your quiet strength and support as I navigated life´s challenges. No words can express what we´re feeling right now. We´ll carry you in our hearts and remember to ask questions and listen well - just as you always did for us

Going to really miss you old friend. Thank you for all the stories you shared and the advice you gave me. I´m sure I´m one of so many people that will say "I´m going to miss our chats". There´s so much more I wanted to speak to you about.

Caring, talented, kind, and very, very cheeky. Such a loss. I'll miss you, Crockett.

Paul, The world is lesser without you in it and we're finding it so hard to reconcile your loss. Just last week we were sailing with you and Suze on the Waitemata Harbour. You were hoisting the sails and helping us sailing newbees with the ropes. You spoke of how much you were looking forward to a day on the water and breathed in the sea air and sunshine and said how good it was for the soul. Sunday dinners will never be the same without you. So many times we've sat across the table or side-by-side and had the best chats, with Suze by your side. You had such empathy and genuine interest in others and brought that to every conversation. And you would talk to anyone and make them feel at ease or welcomed. That was one of your many super powers. You are and will be so missed and we are so thankful to have had the privilege of knowing you and having you in our lives for the past five years. May peace be with you. Love Carolyn and Simon
