I remember Paul Beachman as an English teacher at Westlake Boys High. He taught my Fourth Form class in 1966 and we studied The Catcher in the Rye, Man Alone and The Winslow Boy amongst others. At the time teachers always seem much older but now from the Obituary I see that when was 14, he was only 26. He taught me for just that one year but I remember him well as a great teacher and a very nice guy. Sad to hear of his passing.

BEACHMAN, Paul. On Friday, 20th June 2025 our much beloved brother-in-law, Uncle and Great Uncle departed this mortal coil. One of life's true gentlemen, you will be greatly missed by us all. We hope you are up there now sharing a few yarns with your younger brother, Richard.
