Patsy FERNANDEZ Obituary

FERNANDEZ, Pat Passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on Friday 15 July 2016, aged 86. Adored wife of the late Zane; cherished mother of Gavin, Averill, and Ben; dearly loved mother-in-law of Tom, Wolfgang, and Shauna; wonderful nana to Daniel, Cameron, and Estelle. She was truly loved by all! The family acknowledge the compassionate care given by staff at Aria Gardens, Albany. A service will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Friday 22 July at 12.30pm.
