O'LEARY, Patrick Joseph George 16888 RNZN WO Passed away peacefully at home on 11 November 2015 with his loving wife Rosina at his side. Beloved father and father-in-law of Barbara-May and Troy, and Trishelle and Shane. Cherished Gampa of Justin, Hayley, Chanel, Connor, Kees and Violet. Donations in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated to Hospice North Shore: hospicenorthshore.org.nz A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at the Birkenhead RSA, Recreation Drive, Birkenhead, on Monday 16 November at 10am.
