MARTIN, Patrick Lewis Colin. Passed away 16 August 2018 aged 86. Loved Husband of Anne for 60 years, Father, Father in Law, Grandfather of Tim, Lisa and Bruce Murdoch, Alex and Georgia, Andy and Sharon, Emma and Connor. Many thanks to the lovely staff at Craigweil House, Helensville, for making his last weeks comfortable and pain free, and to the superb Auckland City Oncology, especially Dr. Carmel Jacobs, and to Dr Aimee England and team at Kaipara Medical. No Funeral will be held.
