HOOD, Patrick Trevor. Peacefully at home surrounded by family on 10 June 2011, aged 55 years. Dearly loved husband of Eileen. Loved father of Alister, Gabriel and Nathaniel. Loving son of Gwenneth and the late Arthur and brother of Brian, and Valerie. Renovated to new Life. A service for Patrick will be held at the Mt Albert Baptist Church, 732 New North Road, Mt Albert on Wednesday 15 June 2011 at 1.30pm followed by private cremation. Please bring a brief tribute and or photo to help create a memorial book for the family, these may be left at the service or email to: [email protected] In lieu of flowers please make donations to Mercy Hospice, PO Box 47693, Ponsonby, Auckland 1144.
