Belated condolences to the family and friends. On my way to UK, in 1971, I bought her cookery book in Australia, my first cookery book. 50 years on, I still have her book and often cook some of her recipes. Vimla Westwood

My deepest sympathies to the whole family. I have such wonderful memories of Pat who was a very dear friend to my mum Jo Humphreys. I can still hear their voices and see their smiles while having a little tipple on a Friday evening while the menfolk were at the pub. Farewell to a wonderful lady.
