SARSFIELD, Patricia Josephine (Pat nee Cate). On June 16, 2012 peacefully at North Shore Hospital; Aged 85 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Des. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Erin and Stephen (Hamilton), Jacinta and Danny (Army Bay), and Philip and Simone (England). Treasured grandma of Aine, Matthew, Reuben, Samuel, Jacob, Eden, Maryse, Ruby and Thomas. Loved by Kirstie, Jordan, lauren and Helena. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Pat's life will be held at St Francis by the Sea Catholic Church, Motutapu Ave (off Ladies Mile), Manly on Thursday 21st June at 11am followed by an interment at Waikumete Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Hibiscus Hospice, PO Box 66, Whangaparaoa 0943 would be appreciated. Messages to J Pooley, 9 Everard Ave, Army Bay.
