POOLE, Patricia (Pat). Born 21 December, 1933. Died peacefully on 13 November aged 89. Adored wife of the late Graham and much loved mother of Richard, Linda & Sharron. Nanna & Little Nanna to a tribe of 15. A battler to the end. You can rest in peace now Mum. A service will be held on Monday 20th November 2023 at 2.30pm, The Chapel of the Good Shepherd, Parkside Village, 42 Herd Road, Hillsborough.

Pat, I only knew you for a short time, however in that time I saw how much your Children, Grand Children, and Great Grand Children meant to you, and equally, just how much you meant to them.
It is a tribute to you just what a strong family bond they all share.
It is a privilege to have known you, and thank you for how welcoming you were to me.
We never did get to play that game of Bingo!
You will always be a part of my memories!
