Patricia MONK Obituary

MONK, Patricia Maud (Pat) (nee Maher). Born October 23, 1927. Peacefully passed away on June 11, 2024. Dearly loved wife of the late Stan Smith. Much loved mother of Lianne and mother-in-law of Richard. Cherished nana to Matthew and Callum and GeeGee to Hudson. Thank you to the staff at Bupa Hugh Green for their wonderful care. A private cremation has taken place.
