LEWIS, Patricia Yvonne Grace (Pat). Born December 8, 1928. Passed away on March 8, 2022 peacefully on the farm with her family. Beloved wife of Ian, cherished mother of Peter, Mark and Robyn, mother in law of Lynne and Vicki. Grandmother to Anna, Kate, Scott, Lisa, Amanda, Mariah, Dale and Shaye; Big Nana to Hamish and Henry. Will be dearly missed, may she rest in peace.
