KOK, Patricia Clare (Pat). On July 15, 2011 (peacefully) surrounded by her family. Loved wife of the late Cor. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Jan and Kerry, and the late Debbie. Cherished nana of Jayden, Sam, Daynika, Tayla, and Shaelyn. Our beloved matriarch is always with us.
