JACOBS, Patricia Margaret (Pat). Suddenly taken on the 23 December 2018. Loving wife of the late Harold (Has). Loved Mother and Mother in law of Allan, Brian, Karen, Diane and Paul. Nana to Jethro, Elisha, Samantha, Matthew and Great Nana to Aliyah. Sister to Bill and Yvonne. We will treasure many happy memories. A service will be held in the Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Saturday 29 December at 3pm. Followed by private Cremation.

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing she was one of the integral members of the North Stroke Club and always a ray of sunshine. She will be missed. Condolences to all her family and friends from us all.
