HART, Patricia Lilian. Passed peacefully at Mercy Hospice on 04 September 2024. Beloved wife of the late Leonard George Hart, Loving Mother to Richard, David, Kathryn and Step Mother to Michael. Beloved Nana to Jonathan, Daniel, Ryan, Benjamin, Sam and Beth. A private service will be held. Forever in our hearts.

I had the privilege of helping Pat when she lived in Huapai. We shared stories, swapped books & garden interests. Time spent with Pat was a delightful . Condolences to all the family she loved so much. Regards Yvonne
