Patricia HAND Obituary

HAND, Patricia (nee McNeill). Peacefully on 15th August 2012. Aged 62 years. Dearly loved wife of Michael. Treasured mother and mother in law to Kelly and Mattias, and Christopher and Alenka. Special Nana to Tobias, Mikayla and Emmeline. God has you in his keeping We will always have you in our hearts Thanks to Auckland City Hospital Oncology Dept, and Ward 64 staff. Special thanks to Warkworth / Wellsford Hospice, and Rodney Health Doctor's and Nurses in Snells Beach, without who's support, we would not have been able to care for Trish at home. Rosary will be prayed on Friday 17th August at 5:30pm, and Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 18th August at 11:00am, at Holy Name Catholic Church, Alnwick Street, Warkworth followed by private cremation. In Lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Warkworth / Wellsford Hospice PO Box 517 Warkworth 0910.
