DOUGHERTY, Patricia Rock (Paddy). Formerly of Nelson and Dunedin. Passed away peacefully at Sevenoaks Hospital, Paraparaumu on Tuesday 14 December 2010. Aged 84 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Patrick and Leigh, Stephen and Kathi, and Paul and Hilary. Loving Grandma of Jared and Erin; Paul, Alexandra and Anna; Virginia, Nick and George. Beloved sister of Cath and Diane. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Sevenoaks for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Society Inc, 55 Hutt Road, Petone would be appreciated and may be left at the Chapel. A service to celebrate Paddy's life will be held at the Funeral Home Chapel, 9-11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu on Saturday 18 December 2010 at 11.00am, to be followed by private cremation.
