Patricia CHAPMAN Obituary

CHAPMAN, Patricia Winifred (Moloughney). Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 29 May in her 90 th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Steve, Mother, Grandmother, and Great grandmother. Private funeral. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at St Joans Hospital for their kind loving care over the past 6 years.
