Patricia BERGQUIST Memoriam

BERGQUIST, Patricia Rose (nee Smyth). In loving memory of Pat, who passed away on September 9, 2009 after a long struggle. Loved wife of Peter and mother of the late Claire; sister of the late Catherine and the late Norman. Sadly missed by her brother-in-law Phil and sister-in-law Anna and their families. Never forgotten and always in our thoughts.
