My sincere condolences to Pam's family. Pam was a treasured client for many years. I loved our chats, which were always around our families. The last time I saw her she was so excited that she had renewed her license again.
Thinking of you all.

I first met Pam at the Otumoetai Tennis Club when I came to Tauranga in 1984. A bright, bubbly personality who always enjoyed a chat. I also did Meals on Wheels for a few years and so ,met up with Pam often. When may of us retired from active tennis we regularly met at each others home for fabulous pot luck lunches. The variety of food was amazing and better than a restaurant. We drank wine ( still sober enough to drive home afterwards), chewed the fat and enjoyed lots of laughts. Our group started off with 10 members and now only five of us remain. Thanks Pam for being a large part of my life and sharing many good times. My condolences to the family who will also have many happy memories and like me, awe at her ability to cope when life through her many lemons. Bev Knight

I enjoyed knowing Pam through Meals on Wheels, and she kindly gave me oranges. A kind lady. My sincere sympathies

About 15 years ago I was at Pam´s home for our two monthly tennis pot luck lunch. She happened to mention the name Dempster and an area always up north. I said my mother in law use to talk about those names. Pam got out her family tree and here was the name Audrey Teal and husband Douglass MacKay on it. My dear late husband Ian Mackay was a distant relative of Pam´s. A lovely lady and such a small world.
