COOK, Pamela Jane (nee Newcombe) QSO Died after a short illness at Woburn Rest Home, on Good Friday, 7 April 2023, aged 90 years. Loved wife of the late Ashton Cook, mother of Helen and Stephen Jacobi; and the late Megan. Beloved grandmother of Hannah and Shane Adams (Singapore); Miryam Jacobi and Jack Barry (Hamilton). Loved sister of Dawn and the late Brian Houston (Auckland), Reg and Annette Newcombe (Auckland), and Jenny and Hugh Robertson (Napier), aunt and friend to many.
