Thank you very much to all family, friends, relatives for your prayers and lovely words for Amma, and messages of condolence to all of us on our sad loss. Amma lived a very blessed life and we are so very thankful that she departed so peacfully and without any suffering. She was , even in her last days thinking of others welfare, ensuring that her visitors at hospital were comfortable. Amma has left a legacy behind and will live forever in that legacy. May she Rest in Peace. Amita - on behalf of Reeta & Preeti and all the children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Has been a great privilege to attend the funeral and pujaas over the last three days of this great lady. many fine words were spoken about her life and selfless devotion to family, friends, associations she belonged and all other facets of her life. I first met her in this rather beautiful temple in Sacramento on the occasion of Davids wedding which she graced with her elegance and charm. She gave a beautiful speech in both Hindi and thoughtfully translated it into English. We visited with her a few times since and she always had time to welcome us with a smile and a few kind words. She would thank us for coming to see her, believe me the pleasure was all ours.Condolences to Reeta,Amita, and Preti and the rest of the family .and thank you for making Sarita and I so welcome.

For the past few days the news of Kaki's failing health and utlitmately succumbing to her final journey leaving all her beloved ones behind has deeply saddened us. Words can't express how saddened we are to hear of the loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this tragic time.

The measure of a life well-lived is not in how much money or possessions we have accumulated, but rather through the lives one has touched and the sorrow one leaves behind. If the outpouring of sympathy on her loss is any indication, and it most certainly is, you can proudly and confidently say that indeed hers was a life well-lived.

We all have a journey in life and although it is a little consolation at this sad time, today we celebrate the end of a very long and productive life of our kaki. Also wishing her loved ones all the strength to sustain you during this difficult time and the healing. May memories of happier times sustain you.

You were an inspiration to all always, a woman of dignity, the noble works done and achievements in improving the lives of so many during the journey of your life. You will be greatly missed kaki and remain in our hearts always. Rest in Peace.

Dear Reeta, Amita & Priti & close loved ones of Kaki,

For the past few days the news of Kaki's failing health and utlitmately succumbing to her final journey leaving all her beloved ones behind has deeply saddened us. Words can't express how saddened we are to hear of the loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this tragic time. It is still impossible to realise that kaki is no more on this earth.

The measure of a life well-lived is not in how much money or possessions we have accumulated, but rather through the lives one has touched and the sorrow one leaves behind. If the outpouring of sympathy on Kaki's loss is any indication, and it most certainly is, you can proudly and confidently say that indeed hers was a life well-lived. Kaki you will always live in our hearts. You were an inspiration to all always, a woman of dignity, the noble works done and achievements in improving the lives of so many during the journey of your life.

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you.
