WILLIAMSON, Owen Garth. On 22 November 2014 at Eventhorpe Resthome, Hamilton, aged 75 years. Loved father, father-in-law and grandfather of Sharni and Doug Wilson, Joss and Gemma and newborn son. Former husband of Irene Smith. A celebration of Owen's life will be held at Seddon Park Funeral Home Chapel, Cnr Seddon Road and Somerset Street, Hamilton, on Thursday, 27 November 2014 at 11:00am followed by private cremation. Owen Williamson was the kindest person I have ever known. Along with his then wife Irene, he was a great boss. Brilliant, with a wacky sense of humour and his kindness to me and my family will never be forgotten.. Very sad to hear of his passing even though it has been many years since I last saw him. Owen was my first boss when I left school. A very original thinker. I remember the crazy car rides, motorbike and plane rides when Owen was driver or pilot.
