Noreen YOUNG Obituary

YOUNG, Noreen Patricia Lucia (nee Harrington). It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Noreen. Passed away peacefully on Thursday 15 August 2024. Noreen will be deeply missed by family and friends across New Zealand, Ireland, and elsewhere overseas who loved and knew her. "Forever in our hearts." Much loved wife of Ray Young, mother of Cary & Michael Young, mother-in-law of Miranda Young, adored grandmother of Harrison Young, loving sister to Nuala Jordan, Claire O'Sullivan (deceased), brother Tim Harrington (deceased), loved aunt of nephews Niall Harrington, Conor O'Sullivan, Niall O'Sullivan, and Kevin O'Sullivan, and nieces Aoife Harrington, Deirbhile Harrington and Justine Harrington. Special thanks the team at Auckland Hospice for taking care of Noreen these past few months and for their care and attention. In keeping with Noreen's wishes a private cremation will be held. A farewell to celebrate the life of Noreen will be held at a later date.
