Nola WARREN Obituary

WARREN, Nola Iola (nee Young). Passed away suddenly in Aucklnd on Sunday 10th February 2019 aged 77 years. Loving wife of the Late Reynold Warren and mother of Barry Young. Special Grand Mother to all her Grand Children and Great Grand Children. Loved by many family and friends including Darralyn and Turi Griffiths, Bill and Catherine Haigh, Leona and Tony Hermans and the Pitcairn Island community. Forever in our hearts. The Funeral Service will be held in the Main Chapel of The Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson on Wednesday 20th February 2019 at 12.30 pm. All communications to Darralyn Griffiths.

Nola and her kind husband Reynold, came to Bakersfield CA... To share their life on Pitcairn... Lovely people that I will not forget... They wanted to reach out too their son Barry, living in Oildale CA.. they loved him so much and wanted him to return to the Lord Jesus.. whom they also Loved so much.. I pray for their son's return... I know their prayers will be answered... Joe from Oildale CA... Hello Barry they named you after a minister of the word..

did not know the islanders or Nola personally but she was so gracious in her correspondence about the purchase of one of her baskets.(now a family treasure for us). God speed to all the Pitcairn people, a simply amazing history!! wa. state usa.
