KELSEY, Noella Alison Mary. Has passed away on 7th March 2025, 90 wonderful years. Her love, support and inspiration to her family will be so sadly missed. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Kelsey, mother to Lesleyann, Richard and Michael, mother in law to Rosalind, Mark and Brenda, grandmother to Alex, Hamish, Damien, Ashton and Nick, and great grandmother to our angel Amelia. So dearly loved and forever in our hearts. A private cremation, which will be followed by a memorial celebration at a later date.
