Noel RUGG Obituary

RUGG, Noel Andrew. My beautiful Noel passed away peacefully and painlessly on 4 October 2025. Noel, you are in my heart and will forever be missed. Adored husband, beloved father, brother, Poppa, brother-in- law, son-in-law, uncle and great friend to many. Thanks to the team at BeachFront in Stanmore Bay and many others who have helped me through his final chapter. To use one of Noel's favourite phrases, "to be perfectly frank" he will be deeply missed. Noel has been cremated and returned to our home. We will, as per his wishes, privately celebrate his life at a later time this year.
