Noel McDOWELL Obituary

McDOWELL, Noel Benjamin. Passed away early morning of October 15t, 2023 aged 77. Much loved husband of Sissell McDowell, father of Michael, Jeffery and Antoinette. Dearly loved brother of Suzanne and much loved uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather. A true friend to many. As per Noel's wishes, a private cremation and small family service will be held.
