I sorry to hear that Nina your beautiful mother has passed .
I have some lovely memories of both Nina and Alan.
We lived in melanesia road and they both would have time for a chat .
Carol to jog your memory too...I worked with you at air new zealand.
Please cling onto happy memories of your mum to help you get through this horrid time .

My sister Carol Kennedy nee Bassett alerted me to Nina's passing after Mary rang her. It is a long time since we all met up again but rest assured the years spent as neighbours and friends in St Martins Road Christchurch are not forgotten. I loved spending my school holidays with Nina and Allan in Parramata and helping mind Carol and Geoffrey during the "Motel" days!!!! Now I often walk (soon will be on a mobility scooter!) passed our old homes and remember. So true that the apple does not fall far from the tree I returned to our old stamping ground after I lost my beloved husband - it is a peaceful place to remember a lovely friend and family. My love and prayers to you all.

Sad to farewell a lovely golfing friend - thank you Nina for the happy memories we have shared. My condolences to the family.
