LOCKYER, Nigel Clifford (Bill) Bill Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 30th June 2015 at Whakatane Hospital, aged 86 years. Husband of the late Joy. Father of Christine, Martyn, John, and Wayne. A private family service has been held.

Sad to hear of bills passn.first met bill whn i was grown up in kawerau whn hm & hs wife ownd lockyer sports i thn bumpd into bill & hs infamous corgis quite a fw yrs latr whn he became invovld in breeding thoroughbred racehorses which he very much loved doin!! I guess sum people woudnt b whr they r today if it wasnt for u! Rip bill..
