BRUCE, Nigel Howard Hugh. We are devastated by the sudden unexpected loss of our beloved Big Nige on New Year's Eve. Treasured partner to Elspeth. Phenomenal father to Oliver, Millie and Woody, Emily, Charlotte and Jamie. Budding grandfather to Charlie, Skye and Florence. Cherished brother of Liz and David. Adored uncle and cousin of many. Shared parent with Sarah of their beautiful children. An amazing friend to all. A service to celebrate him will be held at Holy Trinity Church at 215 Devonport Road on Saturday, January 8 at 10:30 am. Vaccine passes will be required. My condolences to your family Dr Bruce. You were so straight up and I loved that about you but you were also considerate, caring and encouraging. For 3 years you encouraged my husband and I to give up smoking. We have now been smokefree for 8 years.
