Ngaire O'HIGGINS Obituary

O'HIGGINS, Ngaire Dawn. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and friend - Ngaire Dawn O'Higgins, aged 87 years. After a long struggle, Ngaire passed away peacefully at home in Pukenui on 27 August 2025. She will be deeply missed by her girls Shane, Maureen, Sandi, Tracey and Katie, and by her many friends in the community. Ngaire will be cremated in a private family ceremony as per her wishes. The girls thank everyone for their love and support at this difficult time as well as during the many months of mum's care prior to her passing. Special thanks to Phil, Karen, Marion and other caregivers. An indomitable spirit - free to fly - forever in our hearts.
