Ngaire DICKIE Obituary

DICKIE, Ngaire Alice (née Williams). Died peacefully at Malyon House having been surrounded by her loving family on 26th June 2025 in her 98th year. Much loved and adored wife of the late Blair Dickie to whom she was married for 71 years. Much loved Mother of Gay, Jenny, Lynley and Bronwyn. Mother-in-Law to Kathy, Michel and Mike. Adored Nana of David and Jenny, Andre, Stephanie and Denver, Julien and Claire, Mathew and Lisa, Marcel and Hannah, Christopher, Pierre and Roderic. Very proud Great Nana to Maddie, Otto, Te Rama and Te Rangi. A generous Aunty and confidant to her extended family. A service to honour Ngaire will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church, 15 Victoria Ave, Mt Maunganui on Tuesday 1st July at 2pm.

My love and prayers are with you Gaye, Jenny, Linley and Bronwyn with your darling Mum's passing who was also such a lady and always beautifully dressed everytime I'd catch up at Brownyns home with Blair and her. Amazing age and life and the happy memories will always live on with you from such a gracious person will be thinking of you all tomorrow. Take care MAREE

My condolences to all the family. I knew Ngaire in my childhood. Her parents, Aunty Maggie & Uncle Alf, lived just up the road in Ohangai - and I loved visiting. My grandmother was Ida Constance Williams her sister in law. - Married Jack Lander. They were well loved. God bless you all.
