Ng KUM Obituary

Dear Kum family.
It was such a shock to learn of Fong's sudden passing.
I'm sure my sisters would share my thoughts too. Your family was so kind and good to our Mum. Betty and l were moved by your family's sharing of Fong's life..he was truly a gentle giant..his actions clearly spoke so much more loudly than his words. We Wong Toos send our prayer that you will be comforted in the memories and life experiences you shared with Fong. Our deepest sympathy especially to Fong's own little family.

To Lee, Connie, Jimmy, Jessie, Lee and the Kum family, I was saddened to here of the passing of your brother Fong. Our sincere condolences and apologies for not being able to attend his funeral, our thoughts are with you all.

When my brothers and I were young Uncle Fong looked after us every Friday evening while our parents worked. We remember how gentle he was and also how physically strong he was. We have good memories of those times. We are so sorry for your loss.

KUM, Fong. Passed away on June 25, 2024. Fong Kum, beloved brother of the late John Kum and brother-in-law to Connie Kum; Uncle and favourite babysitter (in their younger years) to Juanita, Melanie, Selena, Quentin, Matthew and Daniel; Great Uncle to Lukaz, Reina, Amy, Benjamin, Salvador and Theodore. You were taken too soon and will be missed by us all. Your kindness, love and peaceful soul will be forever in our hearts. May you rest in peace, reunited with your big brother, John, and remembered by us all.
