OSBORNE, Neil George. 81456 Flt LT RNZAF Vietnam and Borneo. On August 26, 2017, suddenly at home. Dearly loved husband of Octavia. Much loved father and father-in-law of Peter and Melissa, Diane and Russell. Loved grandad of Hannah and Shane. In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Research Institute, 2/40 Stewart Street, Christchurch, 8011 would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A service to celebrate Neil's life will be held in Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae on Friday September 1, at 2:00pm followed by private cremation at Kaitawa crematorium. Our deepest sympathy to Octavia and family on the passing of "One of the Best" Neil was a great supporter and mentor to the management team at Ski Planes under the Mount Cook Flag. Very sad news. Neil was always ready to help us Motorhomers set up our GPS with the NZMCA directory and this was always appreciated. Will be missed at our Social Get togethers. Our condolences to Octavia and the family.
