It is so sad to write about the passing of a dear friend.
I Worked with Neil (Boots) for Customs in Wellington. He was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. Drinks down in Bond St was always fun with the rest of Customs the memories will stay with me forever. I would like to pass on my deepest sympathy to his Wife and Family. Thinking of you all at this time. Take care look after each other.
