Neil BARNETT Obituary

Dear Pat, Emma, Simon and Lucy. Sorry to know that Neil has passed away. My parents held him in high regard, and have fond memories of the time you spent in Marton. My condolences to you all.

I was very sad to learn of Neils death and although I have lost contact with him and Pat for many years I remember fondly our years flatting together back in the 60s.when we were both varsity students.My thoughts and prayers are with Pat and their family at this sad time

We are so sad for you all with the passing of Neil. I always remember you both in the staffroom at Takapuna together. Pat, you were usually tucked under Neil's arm and you would both be smiling and chatting away to everyone. Neil was kind, supportive and generous; a gifted educator who made a difference.

So sorry Pat. He was an awesome man, funny, down to earth and clever. Thinking of you at this difficult time. Jenny
