Nancy MCKINLEY Obituary

MCKINLEY, Nancy Gwyneth (Gwen). Peacefully passed away on 29 August 2025 at Summerset Papamoa, formerly of Northland, aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of Norm. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Brenda; Ian and Deb; Russell and Amanda; Kevin and Judy; and Steven and Shayne. Treasured grandmother and great- grandmother of all her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. A service to celebrate Gwen's life will be held at Legacy Papamoa, 53 Te Okuroa Drive, Papamoa, on Wednesday 3 September at 2.00pm. I will treasure my time spent with Gwen in Whangarei. What fun times we had whether it be taking her grocery shopping or going for a coffee. Condolences to Norm and family

Gwen and I formed a Plunket Mothers Club in Ohura back in the early 1960s. In 1970 along with Pat and family we moved to Whangarei and I was lucky enough to work for Gwen and Norm in their Strawberry gardens. Fond memories. Condolences to Norm and family. Decima SEVERINSEN
